I am another barista at another Starbucks and not all baristas are as nice as this one barista here especially at 5:30 in the morning right after you open AND down a person. This lovely person was obviously trying to get her shift right but still made time to greet us and make conversation. She is super nice and I aspire to be such an amazing barista like her. I, unfortunately, did not get her name but she is a black girl, with two toned natural hair and holds herself in the most confident way, you are super amazing and thank you and if all the baristas at this store are like her then this has to be an amazing store.
As a Gold member since 2009, I've noticed that this location has some issues. The drinks often have an unusual taste, and when I asked for a remake, I overheard a comment suggesting that I was just trying to get something for free. Additionally, the lobby is frequently closed, and the food seems to be microwaved from frozen.
Ordered online, waited forever to pick up, then they tell us they think someone picked up our order by mistake, then they find one of our drinks, waited 15 min for a plain blonde coffee after that which was not even hot. What is going on at that Starbucks?! Won't be back here.
Recently, the management has been quite disappointing. All the wonderful staff who made this place special have departed in the last few months. The atmosphere that once felt vibrant and welcoming now seems hollow and disingenuous, as if there’s a lack of care and enthusiasm.

I feel that most Starbucks locations prioritize their mobile orders and drive-thru service too much. I waited 20 minutes for a Cafe Mocha in-store, which is quite ridiculous!

Pretty popular location but they're usually efficient and never had an issue here.
This store seems not to accept customization drinks. Be alert.
