By far the worst Starbucks I?ve been to in 12 states. I?ve gone here everyday for two weeks and on 5 occasions my cup was only half full, the other quarter being whipped cream, and a quarter empty. The staff is apathetic at best, barely anyone smiling orengaging with customers. They only call out mobile orders half the time and do so under their breath resulting in 3 or 4 peopleputting their hands on the mouth of your drink trying to see if it?s theirs. I don?t normally post reviews but seeing anemployee come in for their shift and not washing their hands after coughing into them was the last straw. What a delightful experience! In town visiting family, this is near my hotel. I find Starbucks hit or miss, with far more misses... I have just passed a lovely time here, continually impressed by this neighborhood coffee shop. It is busy, one of the busiest SBs I've been in, and yet everyone here is smiling, hustling, solving any problems that arise. And let's be honest with this constant flow of customers, problems happen. But the few I have seen have been handled cheerfully, apologetically and quickly. Everyone is treated like an old friend, everyone is important. I wish I could pick this up and transport it to my town!
Customer service is lacking from the manager to the barista. Placed a mobile order, arrive, several patrons arrive leave while I am waiting. No one asks if I need assistance. I seek out the manager, she assumes I ordered at the wrong starbucks, meanwhileher staff puts the drink out after hearing me inquire. No one apologizes they just say, uh there it is. Horrible customerservice!
This Starbucks location is quite busy, but the staff managed it effectively despite a few unexpected challenges. They pulled everything together seamlessly, and Erica particularly stood out with her exceptional performance. I could see her coordinating with the team, handling the workload, and keeping everything running smoothly. Truly impressive work from her and all the staff!

I had an amazing experience at Starbucks Coffee! The staff was exceptional and collaborated seamlessly, creating a delightful ambiance. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and I believe they should serve as an example for other establishments on how to operate. It made me feel at ease and welcomed during my visit.
I just had an amazing experience with Meryn. She is fantastic—very friendly and well-informed about the entire menu. Her vibrant energy truly brightened my day! I will certainly be coming back to this restaurant, not only for the food but also for the delightful experience provided by the staff, especially Meryn.
This is the best starbucks I have been to. All of the staff are so friendly and lovely, especially George! He’s amazing and makes my day whenever I go in. I work in this plaza, so I stop in for lunch or coffee a few times a week and everything is always perfect, and it’s always a highlight of my day.
They?re supposed to close at six pm as scheduled but when I arrived around 5:45 they closed earlier and it happened multiple times. There service is slow each time and a lot of times my order was wrong
