The employees need to be trained better. For the first time visiting this location I left very angry. First of all the two cashiers were in the corner talking and laughing, ignoring the line of customers. Normally at other coffee shops the employee is ready to take the next customer as soon as they walk in. I was waiting on a fairly long line for atleast 5 minutes, when a customer who had just walked in cut the line and went right to the front. The two cashiers were still talking in the corner until they finally noticed there was a line for ordering items. I can't blame the cashiers for the rude customer cutting the line, but they should have been more aware and called the next customer over...
My favorite Starbucks location. The staff always lovely, and they always make my drinks perfectly. I order through the mobile app, and sometimes I know that can get a bit messed up, but they always manage to make my order perfectly every time. If there ever was an issue, they were always so quick to fix it and apologize with no attitudes or issues. I will be back, as I order basically every day and they always manage to have my order ready by the time I get there for me! Love this Starbucks!
Vicki. Cory and Alexa are the best Starbucks emoyees my spouse and I have met in Freehold NJ. They work so hard under pressure with lots of people in store and never get frazzled. Always pleasant,professional and efficient. They make us want to come back frequently. Please recognize them and commend them on their dedication and hard work. Greatest Starbucks.
Lots of kids hang out here. They have tables, inside and outside, all were taken because of all the kids. The staff was friendly, parking was easy. Great spot for a mobile order.
