This is the closest Starbucks to where I work, so I 've been ordering coffee for the last 6 or 7 weeks. I order on the app, and I always put NO FOAM. At other stores, I get a cup of coffee with no foam, but not here. I 'm not sure if they don 't read thesticker or they simply don 't care. Sometimes, I feel like they do it on purpose. At the beginning, I would tell them, Hey, hereit says 'no foam, ' so they would give me attitude and make another coffee. This is undoubtedly the worst Starbucks in California and should really be closed down. The atmosphere is unpleasant due to the homeless issue, leading the management to create an unwelcoming environment in the dining area and lobby to deter them. There are no chairs or tables for customers to sit at, no music playing, and no public restrooms available. The employees seem to dislike working here; they were arguing and yelling at each other during my visit. Their attitude is unwelcoming, even when you request something as simple as a straw, and they seem to avoid interacting with customers altogether. The establishment states they close at 8 PM, but when I arrived at 7:45, I discovered they couldn't prepare any hot drinks because they had already turned off their espresso machine. This feels counterintuitive if they're aiming to serve their customers well. I get that being situated in Vons makes them somewhat distinct—or perhaps even unique.
Its not about the coffee, that's the same as always. but this branch on repeated occasions had rude staff that doesn't really want to address the customers and they interrupted some customers during the order. I get it, its a tourist spot and they aren'tthat dependent on return customers but still a iffy branch, grab a coffee somewhere else

On June 25, 2022, I noticed that they seem to close whenever they please. Today, they shut their doors at 2:30 PM. It feels like they often close an hour earlier than their stated hours, so I would say their actual closing time is more like 4 PM.
Barista did not make the right doppio espresso machiato. Was more like a caffe latte. They insisted is read the right way ... I drank it as it was mainly warm
