There was no manager present at the restaurant, only a superior who made a questionable decision. A coworker supported a customer in a public way, which was extremely unprofessional. Additionally, the coworker suggested that another customer should leave or she would call security. This behavior was embarrassing and disrespectful to all patrons in the restaurant. I felt sorry for the employee who was trying to help the customer, as well as for the customer involved. Overall, it was a disappointing experience witnessing such poor treatment of customers.
A spacious and comfortable setting to casually hang out, this Starbucks reserve has a nice expanded menu with more interesting options available for the coffee lover. Prices aren't too different from a standard Starbucks location and the service is surprisingly fast compared to other Starbucks reserve locations that I've been to (it seems like many drinks are prepared ahead of time from mobile orders instead of sitting through long lines). Parking is not too difficult despite being located in a busy area near the train station.
Great coffee and amazing pastries!! Highly recommend a stop here if you're in the area, but know that it can get insanely busy. Generally, I find Starbucks to be overrated but the reserve is not comparable to the rest of the chain. Espresso cocktails are my favorite so the top floor bar is a must.
The two staff members were very rude.Did you think that I couldn't hear you saying bad things about what I bought?And all the tables were dirty.I live in this neighborhood, but I will never go there again.
