It's my First time here but It's such a cute space. I love the ambiance from the tabling to the open coffee view as well as the window seating. The workers are so kind and have patience to tell you what pastries are. As posted (maybe more than once), I ordered the Seasonal Veggie Scone, Blueberry Vegan Donut, and Ginger Matcha Tea. The Veggie Scone is a generous size. I've never had a savory scone but this one is delicious. As for the donut, if you're not a fan of Vegan food then this donut may change your mind. Although I chose the less popular flavor, it doesn't taste like a Vegan Donut. Lastly, No coffee this morning so instead I ordered the Ginger Matcha Tea. It's a combo I've never had...
Absolutely terrible customer service! There were two men and one woman on duty when I walked in with my four kids to grab breakfast. We ordered food totaling $58.00, and when I tried to pay with cash, they refused to accept my $50 bill. I explained that I only had cash, as I was paying with a $50 and a $20, but they insisted I use a card instead. I repeated that I didn’t have a card and could only pay in cash. Ultimately, we had to leave, and my children missed out on breakfast. So much for trying to support a small business!
This was our go-to coffee spot while in Benicia, CA for several weeks. Their staff is friendly and efficient. The espresso drinks are well made and delicious. Bakery items are plentiful. We highly recommend the chocolate babka and vegan donuts! The cafe is clean, decor is simple but nice, and atmosphere is generally welcoming.
There was no line, but they took 20 minutes to even start on my order, and I had to leave. I informed them I wanted to cancel, but they didn't offer a refund and just told me to keep waiting for my turn. I decided to walk out. They also charged the tip upfront, and I ended up with no mocha—just a donation to States Coffee.

I loved the matcha here. My friends got it iced and I got it hot. I would come again to just have this drink. The line was so long so just make sure you come early! Also there is only street parking.
We all tried the Avocado Toast, and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was toasted and made from some type of whole grain, which really enhanced the flavor!
It's fine, but honestly WAY too overpriced for my taste. Cinnamon toast is something like 5 dollars and all the coffees are good but nothing super special are
Great avocado toast! Good cashew butter and coffee. That's all I've ever had. I did get my daughter/ g daughter donuts one day and they said they were stale.

I appreciate that they offered gluten free product. It would be nice if there was more variety but overall the spelt bread was delicious.
Great banana bread, skip the croissant. The drip coffee was ok taste wise but not much caffeine
