The service at this restaurant was terrible. I went with my mom and sister and ordered a Turkey sandwich, but it was not mentioned that it came with tomato. After I finished eating, a rude old Hispanic lady with glasses scolded me for not specifying that I didn't want tomato. When I explained that it was not on the menu, she insisted that tomato is a common ingredient in sandwiches and told me to inform her next time. She also criticized my mom for not teaching her daughters to eat everything, claiming it was wasteful. Despite her attitude, she never bothered to check if we needed anything else. She even got upset when I asked for a cup of water while she was sitting and not doing anything....
Absolutely disappointed in their service. Arrived with high expectations but walked out halfway through my meal. I ordered the steak and stack. The eggs were under cooked, pancakes were falling apart I couldn’t even spread the butter on them. When I went up to pay I noticed that the grill was off and very clean mind you I was only there for about 8 mins from the moment the food arrived to getting up, which made me think the pancakes were thrown in the microwave. Ive had good experiences in the last two locations that I went to, but this one specifically was bad. 1 star out of 5. Don’t recommend this location.
While It’s likely the establishment wouldn’t care- I’ll still share that I arrived and one woman was sitting at the counter with headphones on and the other behind the counter just staring and scrolling on her phone. You can’t miss anyone coming into the establishment. It’s small, and almost impossible for you not to hear someone walk in. No ever looked up or acknowledged my presence. I’ll pass. This was of 2 places in the area that had breakfast so I stopped because it was close by. Never again.
My sister has a tomato allergy, so we asked for the sandwich to be remade. An older woman working there had a terrible attitude about it, and I noticed a previous review mentioning a similar experience with a customer's personal request. The staff should be more attentive. I didn't make a fuss about it, so she shouldn't have either. In busier and more crowded places, they would have taken care of it without any unnecessary comments. If you don't feel like working, then don't work!

The food was VERY BLAND no flavor what’s so ever! The steak tasted like cardboard and was tough and over cooked! The eggs were bland as well. The hash browns and pancakes were not appetizing as well. I wasted $36.

they give waayy too much cheese in my eggs when I asked that they 2 put light cheese
