I visited Stevens fine food seafood and the garlic crab was spoiled. I brought the food back and the manager refused to give me a refund saying the crab was fine. I was very disappointed on the service being that I?m a faithful customer. It?s a totaldisappointment that they didn?t even offer to remake my order an this seafood restaurant caters mostly to my community(AfricanAmerican) I will not be back!!
I asked if they made garlic crabs out of their blue crabs they said yes. Well they don’t the only put seasoning on the no garlic butter sauce on them with the seasoning and they don’t clean them. The orange mess they call cheese and dead man fingers are still in them. The spicy garlic butter broccoli/potatoes are so good though. I’ll NEVER GET ANYTHING BUT THE SIDES FROM HERE AGAIN.
My first visit to Steven's Fine Food Seafood Market was so enjoyable that I returned the very next day to order the same meal. The snow crabs were perfectly cooked, and while the potatoes were a bit undercooked at first, they were much better on my next visit. I ended up going there three times within two weeks. The prices are reasonable, and the staff were friendly.
The seafood here is exceptionally fresh and cooked exactly to your preference. I’ll certainly be returning! The fluchen fish was tasty, though I wasn’t a fan of the French fries. They didn’t taste like real potatoes, so I wonder if they might be GMO. I could be wrong, but I chose not to eat them. Overall, the locally sourced fish was excellent. Book a table now
The food was, as always, fantastic. I don’t live close by, so I don’t come here often, but every visit is a great experience. My husband is very picky about his food, yet he finished half of his meal, which speaks volumes! Just a note: it’s currently grab-and-go only, so there’s no seating available right now.
First time, here and it was fairly easy to find. The food was very season and delicious. The reason for 4 Stars out of because the Fish and Shrimp was overcooked and hard. The corn and broccoli was cooked perfectly. I ordered 2 Fish and 6 shrimp with broccoli and corn and came out to be around $12.23.
They have excellent food, and their fried shrimp is the best. The food is always served hot. However, I heard they were cut off from the EBT food stamps program, which has impacted their business significantly. They now only accept cash, but it’s definitely worth it.
The snow crab legs, corn,, broccoli and potatoes were great but the shrimp turned to mush in your mouth with means its going bad. I didnt like the sausage either and because of that I give this place 3 stars. I would come back again for the crab legs for sure. Book a table now
