We ordered a side of brown rice with our curry and received half of a small container of what appeared to be week-old brown rice. The top half was hard and dried out and the bottom half was mush. When I called to address the problem the lady on the phone tried to insist that this was the normal size for brown rice, but that they had run out of the even smaller containers that they normally use. I have been a stir crazy customer for many years across three of the locations and have never had this problem before, and consistently receive the pictured container filled with fresh rice. Purchased a living social voucher for this rest for 2 persons. We went last week and my daughter wanted to join us so i rang the rest and they advised that we had to pay $30 for the extra person. When we got there i asked if my daughter could just order 1 dish off the menu and just pay for that. The waitress went to ask the manager who very rudely came to us and with a very angry face said that she already told us that the extra person was $30. We agreed. The entree dishes were ok but the mains were very poor. I have eaten here a few times but this latest visit will be my last. Staff have a ridiculous rule where they accept one credit card and cash for a group and were incredibly rude in enforcing it. The food is generally fine except we ordered the whole snapper for main which was completely dried out, virtually inedible. I called after we left as we had left something at the table only to be shouted at that they didnt know what had happened to my lost item. The general service level is that where any request is treated as an annoyance or inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately this restaurant is definitely not capable of cooking snowpeas with chicken stir fry. It's the worst I've had in my life. It was basically tomato soup with some plain chicken and snowpea pieces. If I had wanted basic boiled tomato soup I wouldn't have ordered a stir fry.
