I have been trying different bakeries around Brighton and this is currently the best I’ve been to! The smells coming from the small window were unbelievable, and the array of breads is great. I picked up a special sourdough they had on for Sourdough September a small malted loaf. It was soft and pillowy, with the perfect crunchy exterior and depth of flavour. Superb!
