I was gutted when you changed direction to focus on venues, as you were always my “occasions” place to eat. However last night you opened back up to the public (think my wife is on your mailing list). last night you food was simply amazing. And every course was spot on. We ordered from a set menu in advance.. I was very pleased with what I ordered but watching the staff bring food to the tables I had food envy. I ordered steak for my main and it was the best steak I have eaten out in Cheltenham, credit to the Chef as it was cooked as ordered (med/rare). On the whole extremely enjoyable night, very polite waiting staff.. Hopefully you will do the same again soon.. Only minor complaint we sat...
The restaurant was extremely crowded, making it difficult to navigate between tables to reach the bar or restroom. The conservatory was uncomfortably hot when the sun was shining, and the staff made no effort to open the roof windows. The entertainment was good, but limited by the lack of space and the heat. The disabled access toilet was inadequate, with a door that was not wide enough for wheelchairs or mobility aids. There were no towels or hand drying options provided, and it felt humiliating to have to ask to use the restroom. I recommend installing a radar key lock to prevent this issue in the future.

You were so easy to work with when planning our event, the place looked stunning on the evening, nothing was too much trouble and the food was exceptional! I've had so many comments from our guests on what a lovely evening it was, we will definitely be recommending you to all our friends and family!!
Went there for Christmas staff party on 14/12 15 of us in total. The service was second to none but the food is another matter...... I do understand that turkey could be dry as its hard to keep it moist but you dont expect it to be burnt, Steak that meant to be a medium was in fact burnt. It's definitely bot worth it £30.00. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

My daughter hired the room for Her Graduation party after receiving her Doctorate. The room was lovely and set out how she had asked. They let her hire a guitarist so we had dancing. The food was well presented and tasted lovely. A great price for food and drink. The staff could not have been more attentive. What a wonderful evening we had. Thank you.
Really cozy restaurant awesome food drinks and really, really kind accommodating staff who helped me get out of a pickle with my phone!! ; will absolutely be sending people this way and coming back myself when I can!
We went here for our evening meal. The service was great, the wine was very nice. The steak was cooked just right, the food was lovely. The pudding based cocktails were amazing! Would definite return.
this was a party of friends ,a venue we go to annually for Xmas meal, the hospitality is superb,the menu is unusual,but always tasty. great choice of drinks , a very pleasurable evening out ,
