My impression from last weekend was clearly not as devastating as SASCHA's criticism! I think every pool was a bit overwhelmed with such a rush of guests! In a kitchen as small as the one at the lido, the chefs can do a lot of magic. It is unnecessary to make personal criticism about transporting a burger or snapping at Anna, absolutely out of place. I also stood in line and experienced screaming children, screaming adults, etc. How is the team supposed to communicate other than sound!
