This was my husband's fourth time at the restaurant and my fifth. We went mid-week for a quiet dinner to reconnect after a couple of weeks of business travel between us. While we appreciate the interior design style, they MUST do something about the terrible acoustics and be mindful of the music volume. We sat at a small high table in the bar area, no more than 30 inches apart and had to project our voices just to hear each other. Not really a big deal…just an annoyance. Second, I recommend a more accurate description of the spice level of their Panang Curry dish, which I tried for the first time. While I expected spicy, but this was so hot, even my husband who grew up eating very hot green...

Oh, how I hate to write this negative review. Unfortunately we are done with STK. The service and atmosphere was fine quite good, in fact. But the food was awful. The thai spring rolls were bland though fresh and we hoped the peanut sauce would punch it up. Instead it was a tasteless paste of nothing. Even the Sriracha I requested, sparingly doled out in a tiny bowl, didn't do anything for it. My husband's chicken lo mein was even worse. The noodles were so overcooked and bloated they tasted more like gnocchi or dumplings. The chicken was overcooked and tough, but since there was so little of it in the dish...ah, what can you say? The overall flavor of the mushy vegetables resembled cornstar...

BUMMED! We have been fans of STK for a looong time. Today we suggested a client meet us for lunch today. We ordered green curry, lo mien, and tuna tatami salad. Service was tentative and underwhelming. The food was not anywhere as good as we remember. The ahi on the salad was skimpy, sliced so thin you could see through it which would have been fine if they gave you more than 4 skinny pieces. Not worth the . Chicken in the lo mien was dry and fried. We didn't dare ask the client how his curry was. We were SO disappointed. Our waiter looked scared. Plus we saw a cook in the kitchen eating, licking his fingers and not washing his hands. Uck! All in all, it was a bummer and while we'd like to t...

I have dined at Street Kitchen four times now and have always enjoyed the consistent good food, with the exception of the Tom Kha Goong which was overly salty and thicker than usual. The waiter, though friendly, forgot a couple of our dishes which we had to remind him about multiple times before they were brought out. Additionally, the waiter automatically added a 20% gratuity to our bill for 4 adults and 1 child without mentioning it to us, which I found to be strange. Despite these issues, we would still return for the food but be sure to double-check our bill before paying. Book a table now

When it first opened, Street Kitchen was a favorite, eclectic dishes, great atmosphere, and fun drinks. Sadly, now their menu is laminated with pictures of the food, the dishes are very similar to what you'd find in any other Asian place, and the quality from food quality to cleanliness to staff, has relegated it to just another so so restaurant. Sad to see it happen.

Street Kitchen has great food and drinks, and the happy hour prices make these aspects of their menu available to diners at a fraction of the regular menu price. I was especially shocked to see some of their specialty sushi rolls on the happy hour menu...but thankful: Happy Hour is not only affordable at SK, it is fit for a foodie!

We are so happy that we discovered this restaurant. Although parking may be difficult, it is definitely worth it. The Asian fusion dishes they offer are incredibly creative and delicious, and the restaurant is hidden away in the DTC.

STK provides efficient and polite service for a quick lunchtime indulgence. If you like spicy dishes, definitely give their Kare Laksa a try. It's truly delicious. Book a table now

Great lunch experience. The menu is large but not overwhelming. The staff walked us through our choices with ease.
