?? A Culinary Delight at Strings 2 Ramen in Chicago! ??I recently dinned at Strings 2 Ramen in Chicago, it was an absolute delight for my taste buds! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. But it was the delectable flavors and attention to detail that truly stole the show. One of the standout dishes that I simply have to rave about is their Hell Sauce. As a spice enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for something that sets my taste buds on fire, and this sauce did not disappoint! The perfect balance of heat and flavor, it added a tantalizing kick to my ramen that took the dish to a whole new level. If you're a fan of spicy food, don't...

Pros: Good food and friendly serviceCons: unkempt and dirtyI've visited this Stringz location several times over the past few years, and it just seems to get worse each time. While the food did taste good, the environment has really deteriorated. The wood seating areas are just dirty at this point. The bathroom has signs to not flush everything from the usual feminine products to toilet paper. That's right... can't even flush toilet paper. There's an open bin next to the toilet for you to place your poo lined potty paper. Honestly, it reminded me of being in a tiny town in Mexico again. The see thru kitchen should have the windows painted black as I saw how unkempt the kitchen was. Seating wa...

Solid ramen spot if you're in the area! I found the broth flavorful and noodles to be just the right amount of chew and thickness. However, I wouldn't say it's anything super spectacular or out of the ordinary. Overall, it is well priced for what you get. Service is also quite quick, which makes sense since they're usually quite busy during dinner time and want to turnover as many tables as possible. If you're planning on coming during lunch or dinner time, I'd highly recommend putting your name on the list early, as it can take awhile to get seated.

Great Ramen joint worthy of competing with other Chicago places! I got the Tsukemen, which I believe is not their specialty, but quite good by American standards of ramen shops. Price was also great. I’d like to visit again and get their classic ramen to see if it’s worthy of being a 5/5
