Best made to order ice cream. I really enjoyed the experience at subzero. They make each order as you order it. I had the vegan Ube with Blueberries. They make it with coconut milk, the Ube and added blueberries. It's then chilled with a nitrogen infusion that turns it into ice cream in like 60 seconds. I had mine in a cup. I got the large serving. My friends who were with me, had theirs in their homemade waffle cones. The two flavors they had was tigers blood, which looked interesting and mint with Oreo cookie. Both were totally delicious. You can have as many toppings fillings as you like..Friendly service and intriguing process to make each order.This is a totally unique ice cream dessert...
I used to love coming here but recently service has been awful. There are always new employees training that mess up orders and are not sanitary, I’ve found hair in my ice cream before. I understand they need to train but this place has new employees constantly, the only regular employee in there has a terrible attitude every time. The ice cream used to be delicious but now with all the new employees it either tastes watered down or is too frozen to eat. Tried to overcharge me by over 5 bucks even though I was the only one placing an order so there was no excuse for confusion. Double check what you’re being charged for.
First of all, please inform your customers that there is a significant additional charge for vegan or lactose-free options—$10 for a small! Secondly, I suggest that you train your servers better. I asked the young woman at the counter twice if the lactose-free option contained any dairy. Initially, I inquired whether the base was almond or coconut, and she simply replied that it's vanilla. When I followed up by asking if it contained dairy, she confusingly answered no. Lastly, I was the only customer there, and the three young staff members were not welcoming at all. I won’t be returning.
It's ok. I would give this a 4.5 but the dragon's breath cereal balls tasted weird and the nitrogen went out easily. But then I ordered a medium chocolate shake AND IT WAS AWESOME. the flavor got me LOVING THIS PLACE. Also the service IS AWESOME. the employees were nice and kept the place clean. The ambience of the place is calming and soothing. it was silent, so you can relax with your food.

First time at this ice cream shop. It was cool to see how the ice cream was made. However, the taste of ice cream itself was so so, very hard and lumpy. Didn't see staff wearing gloves, maybe because of the type of ice cream prepared. I say come and try for yourself to decide if you like it or not, I prefer Rolled ice cream in Madeira Beach or Penguin Shaved Snow in Seminole.
I would like to be refunded because I was sold flavored water and I asked for italian ice. The older man working there doesn't even knkw how to explain after asking how does this work for a 1st timer. I left there with 2 cups of things I did not want because I wanted 1 cup with 2 flavors and even the flavors were so bad and it melted so wuick I had to throw it away.
I saw this restaurant featured on Shark Tank and decided to give it a try. It was absolutely delicious, and the process of making the ice cream is really cool! I highly recommend it; it's far better than the traditional ice cream shops. The ice cream was fresh and creamy, made right in front of us. I will definitely be back!
Awesome experience! If you have never been here, you are missing out! This is the most unique ice cream place ever! You get to watch your creations come to life. I would definitely bring your friends and family to this one of a kind ice cream parlor!

Really cool ice cream shop! Totally enjoyed it! Dragon balls is entertaining but taste like stale captain crunch balls without the flavor and once the nitrogen wares off nobody wants to touch the left over balls.
Overpriced and not very impressive! The dairy-free ice cream had a taste reminiscent of play-doh. I wouldn't recommend it.
