We went there this morning before 9am and there was one staff present. Her name is Rosy. I don 't know if she was having a bad day or just didn 't like us, my son and I. We are Asians by the way. She seemed fine with 2 previous Hispanic males but when our turn came, she was rude. You can clearly sense by the tone of her voice that she was annoyed specially when I asked her to repeat what she said. I got annoyed myself and told her to be nice. She said she 's not rude but then the tone of her voice and the manner the way she was talking to me change 100% after. So I figured, she can show good customer service if she wants to. Absolutely Terrible service. After almost completing my 2 foot longs and 1 6in the manager Rosy put them in the garbage and refused me service. All this because they didn’t want to change gloves and the paper under my sandwich. I requested to change paper and gloves because of touching pepperoni which I can’t eat(cross contamination). Also, no health certificate or business license is posted on front as Manager Rosy denied showing me the health certificate and license.
Our experience at Subway on Saturday, March 10, 2024, was very disappointing. The staff member who served us was unprofessional and untidy, and her behavior was unacceptable. She gave us smaller portions than usual, including only half the usual amount of salad, and the footlong sandwiches were similarly lacking. We were truly let down by the poor service and the menu items didn’t meet our expectations. This was by far the worst Subway visit we’ve ever had.
I don't know what happened. We asked for mustard and mayo. Boy, did we get it. Especially mustard. We got Mustard Fest 2020. We were almost as baffled as we were annoyed. Like how does someone put this much mustard on a sandwich? It was almost impressively gross.Had to throw all three sandwiches away.Corporate eventually refunded me but wow, did I have to continuously ask for that to happen. No fun. Lots of mustard.

Went in this morning for a sandwich , I said good morning … no response , I said have a good day upon leaving .. no response . She never once looked up or at me . I get to work to eat my sandwich and the bread was like petrified tree bark so just tossed it . Needless to say I won’t ever go to this location again ?????

The staff needs to improve their listening skills when it comes to taking orders for subs. They really should learn to make them correctly!
