I placed a mobile order, and when I got home, I discovered that I had received the wrong sandwich. When I called to address the issue, the employee on the phone was extremely rude. She wasn’t listening to me, kept interrupting, and was nearly yelling. She insisted that we hadn’t ordered what we were claiming, even though we could see the correct order in the app during the call. The customer service was terrible, and we were merely trying to explain the mistake without being rude. Both of us work in retail and understand the importance of treating customers with respect. It's unacceptable to be spoken to like a child by an employee in their own establishment. I cannot recommend this restaura...
The new menu is definitely an upgrade from the previous one. The meat-to-bread ratio is much better. I highly recommend the veggies and sauce—they really enhance the flavor. Toasting the sandwiches brings out the delicious meaty flavors. The person who made our sandwiches was new, but she maintained a good pace. However, getting to this location from the westbound lane can be a bit tricky since making a left turn without traffic lights can be risky during busy times.
Well made sub, clean store, friendly staff. This location serves what you would expect a great sub to look, and taste like. They put just the right amount of sauce and veggies on. Some stores add way too much sauce, to the point that it makes the sub soggy. Others don't add enough to be able to taste it. All the flavors were well balanced. Thanks ladies.
Food was good service was NOT! The two girls were rude! When we walked in one was cleaning her nails an washed her hands but without soap! Again Food was good service was not! Music was loud so you had to repeat yourself as for what you'd like on your sandwiches.Food- 5 star ?Service- 2 star

The sandwich artists were exceptional today. I frequent this location and usually enjoy my meals, but today was outstanding. The meatball sub and roasted chicken were both fantastic. With curbside pickup, I was in and out in no time.
I used the app to place my order and found out they were out of black olives. Despite that, my sandwich turned out perfect! The bread was nice and soft. I'm really happy with my experience!
I really enjoy ordering the Italian BMT at this restaurant; it's my go-to option. Their sweet and sour chicken is fantastic as well.
Would have have given 5 stars but the was warm and I didn't get it toasted. It was supposed to be a cold sandwich.
