My mobile order was incorrect. I was charged for both a six-inch and a twelve-inch sandwich but ended up receiving two six-inch sandwiches. One of them even had paper inside instead of cheese, making it impossible to eat. When I called to report the problem, the employee told me no manager was available and declined to assist. It's definitely time to rethink the staff here.
Be sure to double-check the final price you’re charged against the advertised menu. The staff frequently respond with, "Oh, the prices must have gone up." Unfortunately, there’s no way to resolve the issue, leaving you stuck paying more than you expected.
The service was fast and welcoming. I truly enjoyed the new Hero 1 carb bread.

"The lobster tails were tough and rubbery, and at $45, I ended up taking most of it home for my dog. The other dishes were decent, but the chowder was the standout for both my husband and me."
