I love a Subway cheap, plain enough for fussy kids, healthy ish, and a chain, so you know what you 're getting. Except from this one. Surly, incompetent service is pretty much guaranteed, but there 's ALWAYS something they 've run out of, some piece of equipment not working. No bread, on at least one occasion. It 's a sandwich shop! If you 're lucky enough to call in while the manager isn 't in, at least the staff are apologetic and friendly. Unfortunately, high staff turnover (unsurprisingly! means he 's often the only one in. Today, I checked my order with him 3 times, as he invariably gets it wrong and then argues with the customer. You need to do something about your manager. He claims to be the manager, and says his name is James Falcon but has an accent that would suggest this is not his name. He was rude, tried to make me choose white/brown bread despite at least 3 different types of bread being visible. He put the sausages straight from the fridge onto the bread and into the oven for a very short time so that the sausages were tepid on the outside and cold in the middle and the bread was toasted. He did He was rude, disinterested and remained so when I returned shortly having discovered how soggy, cold and appalling it was. I won’t be using Subway again until he is moved. they dribbled all over my subway just before it had been placed in the oven, they took forever to take it out of the oven; making it burnt and inedible, i left the store in that instant without paying as they had ruined my food.
We stopped by for a work lunch. The staff is very pleasant and the service is quick. The sandwiches are consistently good at this location.
