It had been a while since my last visit to Subway, and I noticed their menu has changed. I ordered a footlong steak sandwich, which was featured as the #1 item on the menu. I asked for lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and mayo to be added. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were quite bland and sliced so thin that they were nearly transparent and lacked flavor. It seems they are grown in a greenhouse under artificial light instead of being sun-ripened outdoors, which contributes to their poor taste. This is similar to the ones you find at the grocery store—harvested before they are fully ripe and expected to mature on their own. This was my third time ordering from this restaurant, and it will definitely be my last. I ordered a salad for almost $10, and it had only five pieces of chicken and was hardly half full. It’s really frustrating that the service was so poor just because I placed a mobile order instead of dining in. I highly advise against ordering from here; I've tried to get a refund, but all the phone numbers are out of service. They really need to make some changes. If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would.

You all need to teach your employees the difference between a microwave and toaster over. Also mozzarella and Parmigiano cheese are not the same cheese.Disgusting mess is what I opened up. Dont go to this subway if you want your order to be properly made.....unless you like a sloopy mess.

I ordered the #2 Outlaw footlong with 50% more steak, but it looked like there was only enough meat, cheese, and toppings for a 6-inch sub on a footlong sandwich. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, which is disappointing because it used to be exceptional.
I wanted to mention the service, but sadly, there was none. I waited at the counter for several minutes without anyone offering help. I guess I'll be heading to the McDonald's across the street from now on.
Do you like to watch mumbling Gen Z kids work very, very slowly and struggle to make a sub that takes every other Subway a third of the time? Have I got the place for you! Come to this Subway and be amazed.
I would offer a comment on service but there wasn’t any. Stood in front of the counter for a few minutes but nobody came out. I guess from now on I’ll have to go across the street to McDonald’s.

I always have to ask for extra toppings because they are quite stingy with them. I’m not sure why, but you definitely need to request more!
Subway does not chop their salads anymore now $10 salad just looks like a pile of leaves
