Both manager and employee were very rude to us. I asked the guy to cut my sandwich and he said “ have you ever been to Subway before?“ then he said “ We cut every sandwich in half!” I’m pretty sure we were getting in the way of his phone time. Neither one of them would look us in the eyes.It was really a horrible experience all the way around! I hesitated to get subway in the first place but they’re advertising is saying that they’ve changed, so I thought I’d try and see if there were any improvements, that’s not gonna happen again.
The guy working the counter didn’t acknowledge anyone until the line was four people deep. I was third in line and waited about five minutes before he even made eye contact. I have no idea how long the two people ahead of me had been waiting. The person behind me left before placing their order. He was also very rude and expected me to be aware of changes to the menu, even though I hadn’t been to Subway in about three months. It reminded me exactly why I haven’t been back in that long.
Ordered 3 subs ....... SUB #1 was missing 3 toppings....SUB #2 was missing 2 toppings and.... SUB #3 was toasted when I didn't put anything to be toasted. I ordered this online not over the phone so not sure how they manage to mess it ALL up. I even RE checked my order and ofcourse everything i asked for is on the receipt. But it never made it on my subs. never going here again.
Standing in line, Boone else in store Took the two men or boys, 5 minutes before even acknowledging we were there. They were concentrating on to go orders but never looked up after placing order , no onions. HAd all we could do with walking out and leaving. No customer service. Sad???plus not one napkin. 2 sandwiches. Well go back to one Park Blvd.

I reserve 5 stars for an absolute extrordinary experience. This franchise meets an exceptional quality standard. Food is good, service is equally good and I am always looking forward to my day in the subway. Your meatball bottom is the best for fast food quality at reasonable cost. M
You should be on dirty dinner. I like to eat Subway, but they change my mind quickly. The place and the food bar were disgusting. I went out and went to Chick-fil-a. I hope the owner reads this and lets the store clean up. I will try again and hope it is better.
I enjoyed the employees smiles, n great tasting subs n more... ps the manager has got her team n great order... good job all of u at Subway.....

Nice and friendly, and the food was great. It was clean. I liked this place. No drive-thru, but that's okay.
She's very nice! The salad looked awful though I had to get spinach leaves! The sandwich was great,
