We ordered two footlong steak and cheese subs, both with extra meat and extra cheese and both toasted. No chips, no drinks. Just the two subs. Between the DoorDash fees, tip, and the upgrades, we paid a premium almost 50 bucks for 2 subway subs! We were *meh* ok with the price you pay for convenience, EXCEPT, we didnt get what we paid for. The subs were lackluster at best. There was no extra meat there was barely any meat at all.They weren't toasted. Maybe microwaved because the cheese was melted, but the meat was tepid, even cold in spots. And they didn't even cut them in halves!That last is a silly complaint i know, but if they can't even be bothered to provide the basics.I've been to that...
We were traveling through and stopped for dinner. We were in line around 8:40 pm. The girl was helping a mom and a couple of kids. By the time she was done helping them and after we sat in line for 20 minutes the worker informs us they close at 9:00 and now we need to leave. She refused to help us. I asked for the managers number, I called several times with no call back. Terrible customer service.
No disrespect to the hardworking team at Subway, but the prices are far too high for the quality they offer. The bread looks like bread but lacks any real flavor. The meat portions are smaller and barely resemble actual meat. Only the vegetarian options tasted decent. I recommend choosing a locally owned sandwich shop instead and leaving Subway to those with less discerning palates.
Not very impressive. Definitely below the standard of a sub sandwich! I’m talking about being way beneath the surface—like ocean depths deep! Sound the alarm, Captain! We’re dropping depth charges! There’s been a new manager here for the past few months, and I’m really impressed. I visit often since it’s my kids’ favorite sandwich spot. I’m not sure of her name, but she’s fantastic! Always friendly, helpful, and engaging to chat with. She genuinely cares about how you want your sub made. Every visit is a great experience. Thank you!
Someone please for the love of God explain to your employees that a wrap contains the same amount of meat as a footlong. I just had an employee tell me it's the same as a 6 inch. I constantly have thus problem. Your website clearly states its the same a footling.

The service was good, and we visited during a relatively quiet time. The toasted bread was fantastic, but I would have liked a bit more toppings.

Subway business hours are written to close at seven o'clock. It was closed at 6:45 when I arrived. Rubbish. I won't be going here next time
The food had freezer burn and almost every item was affected. The quality was disappointing, and even the bread was not fresh.
