I work security down the road from this shop and I come here probably weekly and I understand mistakes happen, wrong toppings happen. I can't leave my job though once I'm there cuz it's just me at the front gate. So I've eaten the mistakes knowing hey ithappens. Well today I had an amazing worker there so sad i didn't get her name but she brought my forgotten cookies from myorder to me because they assured me it was all in the bag and I didn't check till worn but when I called she knew and broughtthem to me herself!! Made My whole meal and experience there 100 stars!!
I arrived at 8 PM, and even though the restaurant closes at 9 PM, the door was locked, and a girl inside waved me off and indicated they were closed. The bright open sign seemed to contradict that. If you decide to use the drive-thru, be prepared for inconsistency; often, you'll receive only half a sandwich when you order a footlong. Many of the veggies are frequently missing, and the sandwich might come on the wrong type of bread. Frustrating!
The customer service at Subway is disappointing. Gena, the manager, could benefit from improving her people skills and adopting a more professional approach. She struggles to address customer concerns effectively. Additionally, the owner appears to share these shortcomings, as he has never addressed my inquiries. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional.
It’s 7:45 on Saturday. Store’s open sign is on and closing is at 8:00 pm. Couldn’t get in bc the doors were locked and employee inside was making motions with her hand saying they were closed. I worked at Subway for 3 years you don’t close/lock the doors UNTIL it’s the listed closing time, not because it’s slow.

I wish the managers here would address this issue. They always leave work early. I visited this Subway today, and they had already closed the door by 7:45. I've been to other locations, and they all close five minutes early too. This reflects an irresponsible work attitude.
The staff at this Subway, including the manager, seem indifferent to making a profit. Their customer service skills are lacking, and they show little respect for their customers. It's surprising that anyone chooses to dine here.
I ordered a $5 sandwich and was surprised to see a $3 tip added to my bill. I went through the drive-thru, for goodness' sake! What is going on? I definitely won't be coming back!
This place accept coupon but only on limited sandwiches. Call before coming. This spot is nice enough to honor the coupon. Called many location, lots of them don?t.

The drive-thru was faster than I expected. The staff was very friendly, and despite having some difficulty hearing through the speaker, my order was spot on.
Took 30 minutes to get my online order in the drive thru.. I literally ordered to plain chicken sandwiches with ranch... ridiculous wait time
