I had a very disappointing experience at Subway due to the rude behavior of the employees near closing time. It was about 20 minutes before closing when the staff member who was supposed to assist me was incredibly rude when informing me about closing. I ended up leaving without any food. Another employee was almost as rude when she told me they couldn’t sell me any bowl meals from the menu because they were out of lids. Even if I didn’t want a lid, she refused to sell the meal and said they had been out for a long time with no information on when they might restock.
Came here and dropped off my number and name for the manager to call me because I applied. I knew as soon as I gave the information to this one girl that they were going to throw it away. I even ordered something and while doing so they just hadthis look that reeked of dishonesty. I drove past today and still have a now hiring sign. So they clearly never made it themanager. But the main issue is they are lazy.
I was feeling hungry and decided to give Subway another chance. The restaurant was bright, cheerful, and impeccably clean. I was served quickly. I made a minor misstep with my sandwich choice. It was fresh, but it had a flavor reminiscent of prepackaged deli meat. The parking situation was convenient, and it was easy to get in and out onto the main roads.
The sandwiches were amazing! I especially loved the steak and cheese melt, and I appreciated how the staff maintained a light selection of veggie options. Brad and Lewis were very friendly and approachable during my visit.
