We visited this location this afternoon, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. A tall male staff member cough openly over the dish containing our sandwich ingredients, as well as the food containers. The female employee working alongside him, who was attending to the customer after us, at least attempted to cover her cough. However, she did so with the palm of her gloved hand and continued to make the man’s sub without changing her gloves. We left immediately after witnessing this. We recently ordered four footlong subs, three bags of chips, and three drinks. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t let me use a coupon because it was only applicable for online orders. The roast beef was spoiled, and one of the meatball subs tasted off; my husband suspects they switched to cheaper meatballs. It's really disappointing because I used to enjoy this place a lot. We won't be going back. The customer service was incredibly rude, so we decided to toss out almost half of our order instead of going back to argue with them. I just didn't have the energy to deal with it. Overall, it turned into a $46 lesson learned.
If you're craving a sub, Subway is a great choice. You can personalize your sandwich with a wide range of ingredients, and if you're looking for something a little indulgent, you can even add extra cheese or meat. They offer about five different types of bread, which is a nice variety. I've been frequenting Subway for over 30 years, and I've always walked away satisfied. Now that's consistency! Although each location is independently owned, they consistently do a wonderful job. It's definitely worth a visit!
AVOID THIS PLACE!! They REFUSE to honor your coupons unless you order a basic bologna, ham, or turkey sandwich. What's the point of printing all those coupons in the newspaper if they just ignore them? I won't be coming back here again!! 0 STARS!!! Instead, go to Piney Orchard; they accept the coupons and even let you leave a tip. The staff there is really friendly.

The service was disappointing. I paid an extra $4 for additional meat but only received two extra slices of turkey on my footlong. The staff mentioned that Subway had stopped providing hot toppings, which seemed like a way to justify not including them.
This subway location is incredibly clean and well-organized. The hospitality is outstanding, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Great service. Great food. Everything was fresh. Asked for crispy bacon and they got it right! Tables, chairs and floor all super clean.

The food was as good as a sub can be, but the strong smell of bleach inside was off-putting.
My tuna sub was delicious, gentleman making my sub was super polite! Highly recommend.
