I explained the mistakes, but she just removed a banana pepper and suggested I could have taken the unwanted ingredients off myself. I reiterated that there were several problems and asked for a correct remake. Instead of addressing my concerns, she turned to another customer and mocked me. Mimi was has a very pleasant personality. I ordered online first and then came into the store. It was very clean and a lady was cleaning too that worked there while MiMi made sandwiches. I wish this store had crushed red peppers and their online ordering did not have light mayo which they have in store which was great to see. While great personality , my jalapeños on the side were left out of the bag that I reiterated once walking in. Also asked for sandwiches to be cut into 4s but they were just cut in half. I visited the restaurant located at 7539 Landover Rd, Landover, MD around 4 PM on August 14, 2023, and sadly, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff member I interacted with was unhelpful and not truthful. When I inquired if she had cut my footlong sub all the way through, she briefly asserted that she had. However, when I got home, I found that I had to use a knife to finish cutting it myself. Moreover, she barely sliced the meat for my Italian BMT, so I had to deal with that at home as well. Due to this experience, I will not be returning, and I wouldn't be surprised if this location eventually goes out of business because of the poor service.
The food is good and the location is clean, but after the pandemic everything changed. They open at 9AM instead of 7AM and even then they are still not ready or not even open at 9AM like they said. It takes them a long time to help you, because they onlyhave 1 person working. I usually have to wait until 10 am to go which is super inconvenient because I usually go to getbreakfast before work.

The customer service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly. However, the restaurant is quite compact, which may make it challenging for some to notice from the street. Nevertheless, the sandwiches are amazing, and there’s always food on hand. I highly recommend this spot if you're seeking a quick bite to curb your hunger.
Don't let the Spanish female fix your sandwich...she will give you bare minimal of meat..if I order footlong cold cut trio she will give u a trio of the meat knowing u supposed to get 4(half sandwich 2 cuts of the trio but if u order a footlong you'll get 3...her math is wrong...she does it every time..I refuse to order from her
I had a wonderful experience with the service; they even cut my 6-inch sub in half for me. They provided exactly what I wanted, with just a little sauce. The staff was very polite and attentive.
