I stopped by this Subway today, and I must say it was the best experience I've ever had! The manager was incredibly kind and attentive, and the restaurant was immaculate. She was in such great spirits! My sandwich turned out perfectly, and she made sure to prepare it just the way I wanted. She even took the extra step to chop my onions into smaller pieces! The service was exceptional, and I will certainly return, especially when she’s on shift! I truly appreciate the fantastic customer service.
My husband and I visit several times a week, and today was the second time they ran out of bread, only having a footlong and a six-inch loaf left. The employee behind the counter said it was because 50 people got free subs earlier today, which is why they ran out. If they knew this in advance, why didn't they prepare more bread? We had to go to the Subway on Hwy 69 to get a sub. There was only one other person ahead of us there.
I used to always get my subs from this Subway location, but not anymore. I placed an order online and sent my son to pick it up. When he arrived, he was told that someone had already picked up our order. He waited there for 45 minutes, and then was told the manager was reviewing security footage to find out who took it. This is completely unacceptable!
I placed an online order for the first time from this restaurant and was very pleasantly surprised. My order was ready for pickup in precisely 17 minutes, just as they said it would be. Everything was just right when I arrived to collect it. I will definitely return! Book a table now
