This place is incredibly unprofessional. I went in to order for someone else, and they had given me the wrong meat and I asked them POLITELY to remake it. One of the ladies there laughed and mumbled that i shouldve told them while the were making it. I didn’t even know they put the wrong thing until i got the receipt. Very disappointing they would treat someone like this over a simple mistake, and I will not be back.
We really enjoy this Subway, and they usually accept coupons without any issues. However, today we ordered three toasted flatbread footlongs, and none of them were actually toasted. Additionally, the pizza we requested with cheese was missing cheese on top, which is unusual for this location. On a positive note, the churros were delicious. Hopefully, our next visit will be better!
I don't know why I keep hoping for improvement at this place. The man with hairy forearms used his whole arm to press down on the bread while cutting it. Then, an older gentleman got so close because he couldn't see the sandwich that his shirt ended up touching it. His face was just two inches away from the sandwich. I've had enough. From now on, it’s Jimmy John’s for me.
Worst by far. Put in a mobile order about an hr ago, got to the location to pick it up. It's not ready. Proceeded to wait another 15 to 20 min as several walk-ins were ordering after i walked in and receiving their orders before mine was even started. Horrible customer service. This had happened on multiple occasions. Refuse to come here again. Book a table now
I found the sandwich to be not madewell when you asked for extra ranch or something like that they do not they'd sort of just put an extra drop on it and I feel that the service was lower low graded than that other places .Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking but access is not possible without help.
guy with red hair made my sandwich i think his name was azrael? he did exemplary. couldnt have been better its definitely some of the best service i have ever received while ordering. very swift and polite.
For one person at the counter making sandwiches he done an excellent and speedy job. Very nice and very good at his work. Attention to detail and cleaning as he goes was great. Great job all around.
Must have been a rough day for the servers on that day. Grumpy and curt. Didn't have the ingredients that they usually have and weren't concerned at all. Book a table now
