It truly is one of the most saddening experiences I've ever witnessed seeing how my once favorite subway has lost its magic and become no better than your average school lunch cafeteria, it was twice in two days that I have been denied a sandwich because they were only taking mobile orders and on a separate occasions they said we are closing early. These new employees have no will to compete, no dedication, and no loyalty to their customers. Today I had quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. The person working (who claimed to also be the manager) was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. When I called her out about the issue we were having she was unapologetic and blamed my son for the issue. She was quick to argue and though I was not abusive or disrespectful to her, she found the solution to the issue was to repeatedly shout at me that I needed to leave the store immediately or she was going to call security and have me escorted out of the building. Hate this subway I went to this one cause the ExxonMobil one had a long line the big lady with the tattoos that works there always has an attitude. She had a problem with me asking for my lettuce and condiments first before putting the deli meat on and then plopped my stuff all on the bread with an attitude. If you don't like your job find another one don't take it out on the customers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

You can expect the typical experience you get at any Subway, but the staff here truly set this location apart! Tonight at 8:00, I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and Jessica was fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly explain my options and ensured that my order was perfect. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Meh. I've eaten my fair share of Subway so this one is just like all the rest, but there's something about sandwiches in a gas station that I'm not into.
