My experience at this restaurant was quite surreal. I've never encountered such a lack of attention from the staff for no apparent reason. However, I was too tired to confront the situation. I ended up spending $26 on my meal before heading to White Castle, as I lost all appetite for Subway after this experience. Each time I visit this Subway, the employees seem to interact with customers as if they’re not fully present, almost as if they’re under the influence. Used to eat here all the time after I got off work, Subway has always been my absolute favorite.That is, until my bf and I had food poisoning after eating here. Lasting an entire weekend. Thought it was never going to end. Was severely sick.This is after we’ve seen children in the back (no older than 10 years old) an employee’s most definitely.Then they were rude at the comm, but we still went back a third time. Then the food poisoning happened.We haven’t been back in months, but it’s made a lasting impression, we can’t even go pass a Subway without cringing.I hope it’s gotten better and the problems have sorted themselves out, especially so they don’t make anyone else sick.We won’t be back...
This place has gone downhill lately. They say 24 hr service and yet the lazy night shift employees never want to do any work. Now they say somethinf about you can only order online at night even though the worker is right there, talking to you, able to make a sandwhich like they always have and just won't. It makes no sense as a business practice. And on top of it, John has to be the worst employee they have ever hired at night. Rude, lazy, poor food quality when he does make it for you. Seriously depressing experiences there lately
the Caucasian employee with hat and bart is extremely respectful and judicious. asked to have the meat heated and get the commentary; difficult hä? then judged us to add the sandwich mayonnaise, and the people wonder how their arteries are clogged. we have not paid for comments and comments about our or. make that sandwich and keep it for themselves. or find another job. will not be at this place again until it is fixed. I've been eating at Subway for at least 25 years all over the country and the sub that I received today at this location was by far the worst I've ever had anywhere.The bread was so stail it crumbled and fell apart in my hands. The meat and toppings were about 1/3 of what they should have been. Everything about this sandwich (foot long Italian) was terrible. I won't be returning to this location again, period.
Many other food places are often less healthy and more expensive. I bought some baked goods, drinks, sandwiches, and biscuits for me and my daughter to enjoy a picnic over the weekend. It was only $20, and I got a footlong sandwich. The guy behind the counter was really nice, got our order right, and there was no wait time! I will definitely be coming back!
This Subway would not serve me in drive theu because I was on a bicycle. They said I needed to be in a vehicle. Will never visit again and will encourage others not to as well. White castle will gladly take my money for purchase and a tip to their employees. Only gave 1 star because I had to to post a review.
