A HORRIBLE experience. The sub looked like a 2 year old slapped it together. The girl was lazy and rude. I ordered online and when I arrived I told her I ordered online and gave her my name. She just pointed to where it was. She was to busy texting and hitting a vapor pen. Worst experience ever. I've never seen a sub like she must have SLAPPED together. And look at the wet soggy lettuce. I didn't order it with oil, its just old and wet lettuce. I have pictures and my reciet but it is barely readable. The location was 110 Granville Street, Gahanna, Ohio. So unfortunately I did not catch her name, but the young lady working the evening of January 18th with long burgundy hair is amazing!!! Not only does she make the best subs around, but I love chatting with her while she makes them!! She is the reason I stopped going to jersey mikes and now frequent only this subway!!! She's an absolute gem and should be celebrated for a great job!! Kudos
If I could I would give 0stars. Very unprofessional and one of the workers was hitting a vape pen when I walked into the store… very foggy, there’s a red headed girl that works there and was flirting with me when I went in. Was very uncomfortable. I do not recommend at all, the owner is very rude and would not even look at me when I came in… wish I could’ve had a better experience.
This is the cleanest subway restaurant in the entire city. The staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the manager and owner. The place has been recently renovated, making it a lovely little spot. I won't eat at any other subway!

I truly love this restaurant. It's very clean, and the staff are really friendly. The owner, Ron, also serves as the manager and it’s clear he is passionate about his work. The bread is incredibly soft; I've had some of the best bread here.
Location kind of hidden in Plain Sight. The area in front of the register is not very wide. Other than that the lady behind the counter was very friendly, my meatball sub was fantastic, the service was satisfactory.
The owner and staff are fabulous. The shop is newly remodeled and very clean. My sandwich was made to order and delicious. Will continue to frequent this location. #support local businesses #asseeningahanna
I absolutely love this place! They fulfilled all my requests and treated me wonderfully. The staff is incredibly polite, and they didn't even mind when I received soda instead of water in my water cup.
