The sandwiches were missing the correct ingredients and weren’t heated as requested. Additionally, the staff member at the drive-thru had his pants sagging, revealing his underwear, and he virtually tossed my food out the window. This incident occurred today. The management and training seem to be lacking, and the overall atmosphere of the workplace was disappointing. The doors has been lock several times I’ve been there during busy service. The veggie area is always frozen over and the veggies sitting in water. Nothing but teenagers on evening shift playing loud music. You can definitely tell there is no shift lead at that time. This store needs looked into by higher management.
I came during my lunch hour. Big mistake! At first, no one was there. Then, one person came to make the food, while someone else was in the back doing nothing. I ended up having to leave without getting my food. I waited for 20 minutes, and lost my ability to eat lunch today.
