I went to the store to eat our sandwiches at home. I was ignored for at least 15 minutes, even though the store was not busy. When we got home, we realized that they had sent the wrong sandwiches with our order. The next day, I returned with the sandwiches, but was met by a rude employee at the drive-thru. They refused to help me without a receipt, despite the fact that we are regular customers who spend a lot of money there each week. I will not be returning to this location and will drive to Ark City or elsewhere for better service. The staff at this location seem indifferent to the customers and the service they provide. Generally, it's a great place to eat, but my recent visit with two of my kids was quite disappointing. They’ve installed a metal hood over the deli section that completely obscured the sandwich meats. When I asked about it, they told me it was designed to encourage customers to stick to the menu, and that they couldn’t remove it. This made our experience more challenging, especially since I had my 8-year-old and 10-year-old with me, who can be quite picky eaters. I really don’t understand why the company thought this was a good idea. If they decide to remove those 'blinders', I’ll gladly change my rating back to 5 stars.
This subway will cheat you. I had ordered 4 subs on the app. They gave me 3 and a half. One was in paper bags and they don't read the comments. When I had called to get it corrected a male answered and hung up on me. Then when I kept calling back no one would answer the phone. This is the worst service I have ever had.
Terrible. I cannot remember the last time I walked in there and they had even three quarters of the stuff from my online order. The employees are always soending more time complaining about working than ACTUALLY working. Would trade for a Quizno's or Jimmy Johns in a snap.

The bread was inedible. It was so hard I couldn't bite into it and had to scrape off chicken and veggies and eat it with a fork. I spend alot of money in this restaurant and I buy footlong for 4 people and it's so frustrating that the bread was ruined.
I wish I could give this place zero stars because they don’t even deserve one. They use day-old bread to save on waste, and this Subway doesn’t accept any coupons at all, as clearly stated on the door. It’s the worst Subway in Marion County.
Haley is one of the main reasons I stop by Subway. She has the best customer service. She is always working hard when I see her. I’m thankful for a clean subway but extra thankful for her kindness.
I gave this restaurant 1 star only because there isn't a lower option. I got sick after eating, and the pregnant woman behind the counter was in a bad mood.
