Parking is still unavailable. The building, both inside and out, looks fantastic. However, the person preparing our food was a bit slow. Watching the fast-food process, my burger felt like it took years to arrive, but it looked and tasted amazing. The fries were a little stale, but still good (definitely better than a certain competitor's after just a few minutes) and perfectly salted. The staff is working hard, which is understandable given that they are newly opened and still training. It's great to see them back in business.
The manager had a strong smell of weed and was dressed in a stained dirty sweatshirt. While taking our order and serving drive-thru customers, she was eating with her bare hands the entire time. We were never offered a receipt. The food itself was decent, but I did find a hair in my breakfast sandwich, and they got my wife's order wrong on the first attempt. It had been a while since I visited Wendy's, and I remember now why I stopped going.
After a disappointing experience at Gambino, we decided to have dinner somewhere else and went to Wendy's. I can’t say enough good things about it. The food was great, the staff was friendly, and they not only thanked us but invited us to come back. Given how we were treated at Gambino, this warmth was not just appreciated but truly needed.
I had an exceptional experience with the service, which is easily the best I've had at a fast-food restaurant in quite some time. I was unsure about what to order, but the staff provided an excellent recommendation. Additionally, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained!

Apparently the drive through is more important than taking our order at the counter. The girl said one moment and never came back and worked on frenchfries. Needless to say we left after an extended wait with no food.
We recently dined at Wendy's for breakfast, and unfortunately, our entire order was incorrect. As a result, we have decided not to return to any Wendy's in the future.
