I am disgusted with the service I received here today. I've been to this location a few times and the guys that worked here before were kind and hard working. I am disgusted because the store was trashed and despite my impression of the physical appearance of the store I decided that maybe I would just grab my food and go. When pulling up to the store I noticed the fact that there were at least 3 employees outside in front of the store entrance smoking cigarettes while another person in the store attempted to clean so I go in and start to place my order. Shortly after starting my order all of the other employees who were outside smoking cigarettes along with their two friends come inside and...
Location had a good deal of business. The young man behind the counter was the only one there, the other worker called out. He held it together and held the line that moved to do all line jobs to record the register. Help finally arrived later, but he did a great job that all ran away from himself.
This is the first subway I've ever seen so full! Very polite, I don't remember the names of the gentlemen or the young lady who helped me train them, but they were so polite, even during the rush hour. They conversed with every customer and thanked everyone for stopping!
Love them all so much!!! They are always so nice and go out the way to help me save money. Thank you!
