They are always rude. Bread is always so crumbly and falling apart. They actually refused to service me while I sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. They had 1 customer inside and kept looking over at me and never took my order so I left.

I noticed quite a few negative reviews for this location, so I was initially hesitant. However, I found the subway to be very clean inside, and the food was excellent. I have no complaints at all. I'm a very satisfied customer!
Building a basic sub should be straightforward, but that wasn't the case today. I was overcharged for meat that I didn't even receive on my sandwich. I won't be returning to Subway due to the ungrateful attitude of the staff.
Ordered a Meatball sub and it didn’t taste right, the texture was off. They gave me a replacement and it still didn’t taste right. Asked for a different sandwich all together and was told Book a table now
Didn't accept coupons and didn't tell us til after the sandwiches were made, employees said manager wouldn't let them even put a sign up. Avoid this
My sub was supposed to be toasted not so hard that it cut the roof of my mouth. Had to clean off a table just to be able to sit down.
It's Subway. You can expect a decent sandwich here. The staff at the Jasper, Alabama location has been excellent during my visits.
Haven't had a subway in years. Was a very nice change from the normal either chicken or burger. More healthy too. Book a table now
