This restaurant was bustling with customers waiting in line to order, but there were only two staff members working. One of them was preparing food while also handling cash, and he did not change his gloves between these tasks. I found it necessary to inform him that this was unsanitary and that he should switch his gloves when transitioning from handling money to food. It's simply unacceptable!
I was charged $8.99 for a 6-inch Philly sub at Subway, but honestly, it felt more like just bread and veggies. To make matters worse, the staff mentioned that lettuce cost extra—seriously, lettuce! I should have taken the lack of customers as a warning when I walked in. Lesson learned about the menu choices!
I can't believe this is the situation now. The only public restrooms nearby are at McDonald's, QuikTrip, and Walmart, to start with. This Subway, which I assume is independently owned, only accepts coupons for outdated menu items. I won't be coming back. On top of that, the cookies were hard.

I ordered through the app and picked it up, but unfortunately, my order was incorrect. They made my sandwich with chicken instead of steak and left out all the extra toppings I had requested. I'm really disappointed.
I had an excellent experience at this Subway location. The restaurant was tidy, and the customer service was exceptional. They put a lot of effort into making the sandwiches and greeted every customer with warmth.
The staff wouldn't accept coupons, and the woman seemed annoyed because a male employee helped us. It was only about 20 minutes until closing. Shaking my head.
