I had to have my sandwich remade because they added the wrong toppings, even after I clearly specified what I wanted. I hadn't visited Subway in about five months, and I was surprised to see that the tax on my receipt had increased from just 27 cents to $1.70. When I inquired about this, I was informed that it included an "eat in fee" for hot food, meaning they charged us for both heating our food and dining in as one fee. Normally, I don't eat in at Subway, and I've never encountered such a fee before. I expressed that the tax information was unclear and suggested that they should put up a sign to explain additional fees more clearly.

The restaurant was training three new employees, which caused the service to be a bit slow, but they handled our order perfectly, and the sandwiches were delicious. The watermelon water was, as always, outstanding! By the time we finished our lunch, the place was quite busy. I give it two thumbs up!

While I was waiting patiently, another customer came in and was immediately asked if she needed help. When I reminded the worker that I was next, she ignored me and continued taking the lady's order. Terrible service.

I visited on a Saturday night at 8:30 PM, but the restaurant was closed. The posted hours indicate that they close at 9:00 PM. I will be contacting corporate about this issue soon.
