Brian provided excellent service at the restaurant. When I first entered, I greeted the woman, Samay, but she did not respond and seemed preoccupied with a clipboard. Brian came to my rescue, washed his hands, and assisted me promptly. Throughout my meal, I noticed that Samay was friendly to another customer, which made me feel uncomfortable as she had not acknowledged me. In my opinion, good customer service involves representing the company professionally, even if you are not in the best mood. This one’s for you, Jalem! I wasn’t feeling well today, so I stopped by Subway and got a vegetable wheat sandwich. Jalem, an outstanding employee, was incredibly kind and took the time to provide excellent service. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this location! There’s plenty of parking, the food is fresh, service is quick, and the restaurant is clean. Thank you, Jalem, for making my day so much better! The staff was very friendly, the restaurant spotless, and the food fresh. I definitely recommend this spot, and the parking is great too!
I visited Grooss on June 19, 2022, at 6:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. A worker dropped utensils and then used them on my sandwich, which was really off-putting. To make matters worse, they were rude to my mom. The lack of service was noticeable, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. The person who handled my sandwich was wearing a bracelet that came into contact with it, which I found quite gross. Overall, I was very unimpressed.
I visited this Subway on my way home and ordered three sandwiches. They were out of meatball and marinara, but I chose the steak and cheese instead, which was great. The woman making my sandwiches appeared to be having a hard time staying calm while working. I’m not sure why, as I always try to be kind and polite to everyone. I had a steak and cheese sandwich on jalapeño cheese bread, toasted to perfection. It was packed with roasted red onions, spinach, jalapeños, and green bell peppers, all drizzled with a creamy sauce and sprinkled with feta cheese. On the side, I enjoyed jalapeño chips and a refreshing iced tea, making for a truly enjoyable meal.

The customer service at Subway was very disappointing. During my visit on October 11, 2022, between 3 and 4 PM, the staff displayed an unwelcoming attitude, which detracted from the experience of exploring their menu.
The staff was tidy, friendly, and courteous. The food was fresh, and I was happily surprised to learn that SUBWAY now serves fresh fruit drinks, offering a healthier choice for us.
