I had a disappointing visit to this Subway location, mainly because of the poor customer service. The employee making my pizza was rude from the beginning and seemed increasingly annoyed with each topping I asked for. While my pizza was cooking, I was at the register paying, and when it was ready, I wanted to add a few more toppings. Instead of asking about my request, he started boxing it up. When I reminded him about the extra toppings, he responded negatively. Also, when I requested extra cheese, he said there would be an additional charge even though I had already paid. He begrudgingly added a small amount of cheese before finishing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. When I tried to redeem a free cookie with a code from my completed survey, an employee confronted me aggressively and shouted. It seemed he was upset by my feedback, as he referenced my answers and was unhappy that I hadn’t given a perfect rating. This behavior was completely inappropriate and created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
The excellent manager Sudarshan is no longer at the restaurant, and now an unfriendly and unenthusiastic woman seems to be in charge. I used to come twice a week, but now I visit rarely—no more than twice a month—to avoid her. On a brighter note, the male staff member is very friendly.
I placed an online order for two steak cheese subs at 8:20 PM on August 11, 2023. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found out that neither sub had any cheese! It shouldn't be too hard to ensure that the order matches what’s stated on the receipt.

I'm not a big fan of Subway, especially due to the cleanliness, which often falls short. I've never quite gotten the appeal of the $5 footlongs—they mostly consist of bread with just a small amount of meat. Definitely not very appetizing!
There is ample parking available. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to families with children. Service is takeout only. This review is based on a dinner experience. The cost per person ranges from $30 to $50.
