The young manager that is there is very friendly and chatty. He was the only one working there for at least a month and he finally just got help. She is very very slow moving but I'm hoping it is because she is still learning. I would give 5 stars but everytime you go in he has to tell you a long list of everything they don't have. Hopefully they will allow him to order properly soon. You have to have product to be able to make more money. Seems pretty obvious to me.
I took my wife to this restaurant to get a sandwich. The young woman at the counter was friendly and upbeat, but unfortunately, she didn’t speak any English. This made communication difficult, so I paid for my wife’s order but decided not to get anything for myself. Instead, I went next door and had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend that the restaurant hire staff who can speak and understand English.
They don’t accept coupons, even though I receive them in the mail and live less than a mile away from the restaurant. The last time I ordered, I got a 6-inch tuna sandwich, which had three scoops of tuna. Today, I ordered a 12-inch sandwich, and it only had four scoops. When I mentioned this to the staff, he argued with me about it. There's a noticeable lack of appreciation for customers here.
Took my wife there for a sandwich. The young lady behind the counter, while bright and cheerful,, spoke no english. Trying to communicate with her was so frustrating that i paid for my wifes' order, but did not get anything for myself. Instead I went next door and got a great meal. Highly recommend staffing with someone who speaks and comprehends the English language. Book a table now
Many of these reviews are outdated, as is common with fast food establishments. It appears that this location is under new ownership and is now family-owned and operated. The restaurant seems to have been recently renovated and is very clean. The service is quick and friendly. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I called the restaurant to check on my order, and instead of providing an update, the staff member informed me that I had never placed an order. The customer service was appalling! The employee was incredibly rude and even hung up on me.
I don’t normally write reviews! I called the place and answered and didn’t tell me the statice on my order and proceeds to tell me i didn’t order a meal. What bad customer service! the employee was sooo rude and hung up the phone on me!
Oh my goodness I came in at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before closing to grab a super quick simple sandwich and the employee was so angry to be serving me Book a table now
They adjusted their hours for me, and they were also short on cash. They now close at 9 PM instead of 10 PM. Overall, they’re fantastic!
