everytime I go in, you are always out of soup. you never have the italian cheese rolls, you never have fresh brewed iced tea, AND you have had an out of order sign on your raspberry iced tea fountain for years! the same out of order sign you had sinnce you were at the eagle road location
They refused to honor the coupon, and charged me extra for cheese. I didn't ask for extra cheese, and their response was that it doesn't usually come with cheese and if I wanted have cheese in the sub, it's extra. I have been to many other subways and it was the first time. Never again.
Poor management of physical walk in orders vs online orders.Attitude is not good eventhough he knew he was wrong,Only correction effort was to cancel the transaction, way against the corporate guideline! indeed against any business rule!
