My last visit was on July 21, 2022, and I ordered three subs. Recently, they installed large sticker signs that block your view of the toppings being added to your subs. As a result, you have to awkwardly try to peek around the stickers to ensure you're getting the ingredients you want, rather than just a small amount of this or that. Most of the time, if you don't speak up, you'll end up with just a sandwich made of bread!
During my latest visit on July 21, 2022, I ordered three subs. I noticed that they've now put up large display stickers that block the view, making it difficult to see what toppings are available for the sandwiches. You have to lean around the stickers to check that you're getting the ingredients you want instead of a random selection. If you don't ask for what you want, you might end up with just a sandwich full of bread.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant offers a bathroom and has menu options suitable for children. Parking: The parking area is limited, featuring only two spaces directly in front of the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: The location is not fully wheelchair accessible due to the absence of a ramp. However, if you can navigate a wheelchair onto the sidewalk, you can access the dining area.
There were a couple of people sitting by the front order line eating without a mask. The sandwich makers did not have a mask on one the mask was 1 their chin. The tunafish sandwich which I ordered tasted OK but I could only have 3 bites because I started having a stomach ache. I normally go there and eat every so often. I will continue to go there today must have been an off day. Book a table now
I've been coming to this location for lunch nearly every day for years. Unfortunately, today will be my last visit. I've loved sharing jokes and laughs with the staff over the years, but, unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined. This will be my final time here.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were many mistakes, and the staff frequently had trouble understanding English. Additionally, the overall demeanor of the staff was quite unfriendly.
I have been visiting this Subway location almost every day for years, enjoying friendly chats and laughter with every employee. Unfortunately, today was my last visit due to terrible customer service.
