The service was very slow; we waited at least five minutes before anyone came to take our order. One of the staff members, Tony, was quite impolite and failed to wash his hands after returning from the back. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and he was busy chatting with a co-worker instead of focusing on me. To make matters worse, I felt sick after eating the sandwich. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I will not be coming back to this Subway.
The girl at the counter had a lot of acne and was quite rude. When we requested a standard sandwich, she asked, "What does regular mean to you?" After that, she went to the back with her coworkers and they started laughing. As we were leaving, we turned around and saw them laughing like a bunch of clowns. Also, the way they sliced the avocado was very poorly done.

I really love the sandwiches here, but the main reason I keep coming back is the outstanding service from a young man named Juan Trujillo. He has a remarkable work ethic that reminds me of the hardworking version of myself when I was younger. The service is truly top-notch.
When ordering online, you anticipate getting a meal prepared as if the staff would eat it themselves, but that wasn't my experience. I received torn bread that was completely cut in half. I wouldn't recommend ordering food from here through the app.
