I'm really disappointed. It's been almost six years since I last visited Subway, and it's completely different now. The bread wasn't fresh and lacked flavor, even though I ordered the Italian herb and cheese. I got the tuna sandwich, but there was barely any tuna, and it definitely wasn't premium white albacore. I added avocado slices for an extra $2, but with avocado prices dropping so much over the past year—I can buy a whole avocado for that price—it felt like a rip-off. I also grabbed a small bag of chips, and my total was $15! Prices are high everywhere, but this was just ridiculous. I don't think I'll be returning. Good luck keeping customers; nobody likes feeling cheated.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My mom went in to pick up a sandwich for me, but they didn't have many vegetables available. I received only a small handful of spinach, a huge amount of onions and green onions, about 10 olives, a few slices of cucumber, and just 4 tiny tomatoes. To make matters worse, they soaked my sandwich in oil, making it so soggy that the bread and wrapping became completely saturated. When I attempted to call and share my concerns, they had already closed for the day. What’s the point of being in that location if they don’t stay open until 5? I will not be ordering from here again; I'd much rather drive to the Duarte location. Unbelievable.
The staff at Subway appear to lack awareness of cross-contamination. I observed both the manager and another employee handling paperwork and other non-food items without changing their gloves. The disregard for proper hygiene practices was quite unsettling. Additionally, parking is a major inconvenience since there is no designated lot, forcing customers to park on a busy main street.
The restaurant is clean and operates very efficiently. Regarding the review from the person who gave one star for ADA violations, I would like to clarify that service dogs are never carried. Therefore, I have to question the legitimacy of that service dog claim. It seems more like a case of someone wanting to bring in their pet while ignoring the rules.

I can't remember her name, but I stopped by during my lunch break and the young woman who helped me was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. I'm really disappointed that I didn't get her name, as I want to express my appreciation for her outstanding service! She was working around 6 PM on July 26th.

If you want to risk food poisoning, go ahead, but this Subway will give you the worst experience. STAY FAR AWAY!
