Horrible customer service. I went in to get a sandwich and take my 2 yr old to the bathroom. They have a sign up that says bathroom for paying customers only ,which I agree with. I went to the bathroom 1st since my 2yr old had to go really bad.. I soon found out it was locked so I went back to the front to ask for a key but before i could ask a lady said you need a key. You didn 't ask so I didn 't tell you . Once I got back from the bathroom I addressed the lady letting her know that her response was rude and maybe to avoid confusion she should put a sign that says. Bathroom Door locked must use key. We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. Over the last six months, I've visited various Subway locations, and each one has its own unique charm, with fantastic staff who represent the brand well. I particularly enjoy this location not only for its inviting atmosphere but also because it's conveniently close. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, and their customer service is excellent.
Picked up an online order for my wife last night, gave her name and the young lady said here is her order. You are to go and have a nice evening. Went in tonight to pick up another online order and this female employee tried to accuse me of stealing. Process for picking up online orders is inconsistent among employees. Furthermore, some may need retraining on Customer Service 101.

We really enjoyed our meal here. I've gone to many different Subway locations over the past 6 months. Each one has its own sweet atmosphere with great people representing the company well. I especially like visiting this one because of the same reason andbecause it's really close. And the staff at this location are super sweet. Their customer service is spot on.
I had a fantastic experience! I stopped by to grab a sub for lunch, and I was impressed by how clean the store was. The staff greeted me warmly and assisted me with a friendly attitude. My sub was fresh and delicious, and I will definitely return to this location.
Ordered footlong roast beef, cheese, tomatoes, pickles. Got a footlong with 2 slices of roast beef, tomatoes, mayo red onions. Paid $21 for the delivery, Grub delivery was on time, not their fault

I absolutely love their meatball sub—it's the only one I'll order when I dine there. I'm sure the other subs are great too. Additionally, their service is consistently excellent.
