Ordered online at 11, said it would be ready at 11:30. It wasn't, but that's fine. The kid making sandwiches used gloves to make a sandwich, ring up the guy while it was in the oven, put toppings on the guys sandwich, then go to make the next persons. All with the same gloves. Kinda defeats the purpose. They're all decently nice since reopening with new staff. Orders were messed up a little but nothing worth going back over (some not toasted when they should have been, some made 12 instead of 6
Went in for my break they first got my sub wrong and then when I went to pay the machine broke and I wasted over 20 minutes to just get told that I had to pay cash or I can't get my food so I just walked out because I only have card. This place sucks never come here they all should be fired
