My husband and I had decided to have subway for dinner! Unfortunately our experience wasn't what we hoped for... The lady was very rude and we asked for extra olives... She said she could only put a couple more on there... Worst experience I've had at this location... They should hire people who like doing their job... To add to my review... However, Fran, whom I assume is the manager, was quite disrespectful. While Tiffany was busy making sandwiches and assisting a customer in front of us, Fran chose to reprimand her publicly for not prioritizing online orders. As someone who oversees a whole division, there’s definitely an appropriate time and place to address issues, and that was not one of them. Definitely never going to that location again.I'm not sure I've ever had any employee of any business be that gratingly rude and unprofessional.It's like they just got out of prison and were angry at the world. insanely aggressive behavior and verbiage. Nobody cares about the tattoos on their necks. What we care about is being treated courteously, high quality products and getting a good value. If that was my store I would close it for the rest of the day to make sure those two didn't interact with the public again, obviously replace them immediately and hope that the long-term damage they've done to my business wasn't too bad.Literally anyone would do a better job.
The person currently working (an older woman with black hair) had an unpleasant attitude. I placed an online order, and while reviewing it, I noticed it specified everything as toasted except for the bacon. To confirm that I hadn't made a mistake, I asked her about it, and she responded, "Yeah, that's what a BLT is," in a curt tone. After that, she didn't offer any further help.
