I went to Subway for dinner, and it turned out to be the worst location to visit. The employee, Dulce, made the sandwich according to her preferences, adding all the wrong ingredients. She even had the nerve to get an attitude when I pointed out her mistakes. Dulce then continued to make faces at my partner when we were confused about the situation. There are three Subways in Pico Rivera—trust me, avoid this one!
Super bad customer service. Dulce was so “busy” that she couldn’t help us out!I understand she had online orders but at least a welcome I’ll be right with you but she didn’t say anything at all I was standing there for 15 minutes with my 2 kids and husband. And she didn’t even bother to look at
I really like this subway. Very nice ladies. Great communication and smiles on their faces. Friendly environment and the employees care To work. Most subways always appear as if their employees want to just end it all when they get off. Not this subway. The district manager is also nice.
Went in to buy a gift cashier was very rude not helpful didn't even acknowledge me by saying hello didn't even say thank you for buying a gift card will never buy a gift card from Subway again I'll stay with Jersey ? management you need to train your cashiers customer Book a table now
Food was good, all items were fresh. Are was decent clean. Service provided by Jessica was not so customer friendly, no hello or welcome, eye contact was poor, she may have been having a hard day, not sure but it didn't reflect well.
The server, Mayra, needs additional training as her service was quite slow. She seemed unsure about taking orders for the Super Bowl.
