Food was good- depends on the way you make your sandwich and mine always comes out yummy. Service however was not great at all. I was on line, I told the women my order, and she put my bread into the oven and disappeared. For the next 15 minutes I watched the other servers take COMPLETE people behind me's order, however my order had just disappeared into thin air. After about 15 minutes standing on line and watching and waiting, I asked them what happened to my order, and they proceeded to call the same women who took my order to make it again. I attempted to place an online order, but the website was malfunctioning. When I called, the number led to a fax machine. I decided to go to the restaurant, but the door was locked, even though their posted hours indicated they should have been open. Frustrated, I went elsewhere and I won’t be coming back. They should consider closing down and letting a better-managed business take over.
This is by far the best service I've experienced at any Subway. The interactions between customers and employees create a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. Just like a typical Subway, the staff is welcoming, the place is consistently clean, and the prices are very reasonable—some nearby Subways charge an extra $0.50 to $1.50. Overall, it's a fantastic experience!
I ordered food a few days ago, and it caused both my dad and me to get food poisoning. We own a local business in Mamaroneck and often visit many restaurants in the area. This is the first time we've experienced something like this. We ordered different items from the menu, so it seems that one of them must have been contaminated.

After a long day in Manhattan, I found this restaurant to be very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly! The bread was fresh, and they were quite generous with the portions. It was a fantastic stop!
The sandwich was great and great customer service from Freddy . He was polite and very helpful with recommendations and taking the time to cut the tomatoes smaller (which no one ever does) .
Felix is wonderful! He was extremely kind and prepared my sandwich perfectly. I truly appreciate the fantastic service!
